Modification of IEC

In case of any changes in the Name, Constitution, Addresses and Addition of New Addresses you must submit the application within 90 days along with necessary documents. Otherwise your IEC will be ceased.



If you are holding IEC, but your factory / factories / Godown are not mentioned in IEC it is mandatory to include the same. It is compulsory to include all address for Export / Import done from same premises.



The following information / documents are required to prepare the application for Modification of existing IEC.


1. Original IEC Certificate.



2. If you want to include any address, we require the documentary evidence such as Lease Agreement, Rental Agreement, VAT Licence, Excise Licence, Rent receipt, Telephone Bill, Electric Bill or any Government proof.



3. In case of any change of constitution, kindly give the following:

(i) List of full names of Directors / Partners / Proprietor / Trustee with full names of father / husband and their residential addresses & telephone number and email id.

(ii) Form No. 32 /DIR & Form 11 & 12 issued by ROC under Companies Act, (along with payment receipt) for deletion / inclusion of Director.

(iii) Partnership deed / Dissolution Deed duly register. If not registered so far, copy of payment made to registrar.

(iv) If any change in registered office, kindly give full address along with Form No. 18/22 (issued by ROC)Filed with Registrar of Companies and copy of payment receipt of Registrar of Companies.



4. Original Bank Certificate on Bank Letter heads. Bank will also attest photo of signatory who will sign the application for IEC. (Be ensure that bank certificate showing full name and address of Designation &IFSC code. Also be ensure that while issuing bank should not put any condition on this certificate. Kindly get Bank A/c Number only in Savings/Current Bank Account only)



5. If there is a change of registered office, change of signatory, change of banker, then bank certificate is must.



6. Copy of Permanent Account Number (both side)



7. D.D. of Rs.200/- in favour of Addl. DGFT, Mumbai



8. 2 Passport size photograph of signatory i.e. Director / Partner / Proprietor.



It is compulsory that all paper / documents to be submitted must by duly self certified with Rubber stamp. Otherwise application will be rejected.
